How fast can you get a technician to a down ice machine?

Most calls inside our core metros are same-day, and emergency calls placed before early afternoon are usually handled the same day. Outlying towns are typically next morning. Maintenance members are routed ahead of non-members.

Do you repair machines you did not install?

Yes. Most of the equipment we service came from somebody else. We work on every major commercial platform and can pick up a machine mid-life, document its condition and put it on a maintenance schedule.

When is repair the wrong answer?

When the compressor and evaporator are both at end of life on a unit that is already undersized for your volume. We will show you the repair cost against a right-sized replacement or lease and let you make the call.

Refrigeration readings, water quality, harvest timing and electrical are checked in order, so the fix addresses the cause and not the last symptom.

Trucks carry the common failure parts for Hoshizaki, Follett, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic and Icetro platforms, so most calls close on the first visit.
