How do you size an ice machine for a Nashville bar?

From peak demand, not the daily average. Bars run far higher than restaurants per guest, so we calculate your nightly peak and add roughly 20% summer headroom.

Does a new Nashville ice machine need filtration?

Yes. Middle Tennessee water is hard, and scale control is not optional — untreated machines lose production noticeably within a season.

Can we lease a machine for our Nashville venue?

Yes. Leases include service, filtration and cleaning in one monthly payment, so you are not exposed to repair costs.

Ice Machine Installation in Nashville, TN

Nashville demand spikes every single night rather than a few times a year, so a machine sized for an average Tuesday falls behind on Broadway. We calculate your real peak — covers, drink program and venue volume — then install the right head and bin with water, drain and electrical coordinated.

How it runs

Load calculation

We look at covers, drink program, ambient conditions and your actual peak hours — not the daily average that makes every machine look big enough.

Spec the equipment

Cube type, head and bin pairing, air or water cooled, and the filtration that protects it. Hoshizaki, Follett, Manitowoc and Scotsman platforms.

Install clean

Water, drain and electrical coordinated, machine started up, ice tested and staff walked through daily care before we leave.

Buy or lease

Lease options wrap service, filtration and cleaning into one monthly payment, which keeps capital free and takes repair risk off your books.

Nashville water and your equipment

Middle Tennessee water is hard and limestone-driven. Scale control is not optional here — untreated machines lose production noticeably within a season.

Middle Tennessee water is hard and limestone-driven; untreated machines lose production within a season. Every Nashville install we do goes in with scale control specified up front, because filtration at install is cheaper than an evaporator later.
